Joanne Mead

As administrator of business and financial planning for Mead Tree & Turf Care, Joanne manages all banking and financing activity, budgets, insurances, company benefit programs, and financial reporting. She is also responsible for creating company documents, such as the business plan and accreditation documentation; and for marketing and website management. Joanne is President of the company, sharing ownership with her husband Bob and daughter Tiffany, holds a PhD in Education from University of Maryland, and has taken several courses in the business program at Howard Community College. She is a Maryland Licensed Tree Expert and certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
